He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Television and Film Production and Directing from Griffith University, Australia, 2006. Experience in the media field since 1990. Owner of the Global Focus for Artistic Production and Distribution and a founding member of the Skills Development and Training Institute LLC. His history is rich in the Sultanate and abroad with his extensive participation in many international film festivals as a director, jury member, honoree, and member of Omani theater festivals, and licensing theatrical, cinematic, and television texts in the Sultanate of Oman. He is one of the most important Omani directors who directed a number of short films and documentaries and acted in a number of Omani series. He has won international gold, silver, and bronze awards for television programs and documentaries domestically, regionally, and internationally. He is one of the founders of the Omani Cinema Society and the artistic director of the Muscat International Film Festival and then its president, and a member of the Board of Directors and a president appointed by the government for the years 2017 – 2018. He established the first workshop for documentary and short films in Sultanate of Oman in 2006, which formed several groups that are still producing films to this day. Lecturer in 2012-2013 at Al Bayan College. He held many lectures and workshops on television and film production for students and specialists, both locally and abroad.
